Complimentary Setup Walkthrough If you’d like to move forward, we’ll schedule a free in-home walkthrough. During this 30–45 minute visit, your assigned Home Manager will: Walk through your home to understand its layout and condition Flag any maintenance issues or areas of concern Begin developing your personalized property care plan Answer any remaining questions Help you schedule your first service visit if you’re ready The walkthrough helps ensure we tailor our services to your specific home — but there’s no obligation to sign up after.

Residential Home Services

We focus exclusively on existing residential wood-frame homes, as defined under California’s B-2 Residential Remodeling license. These are typically owner-occupied houses, including traditional single-family homes and ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) located on the same property.

No. The B-2 license does not cover new builds or major structural work, and we do not service apartment complexes, condos, or commercial properties. We specialize in occupied residential homes that need maintenance, repairs, or minor remodeling.

Only if we are working on a single, clearly defined dwelling unit that meets the license guidelines. In most cases, we defer work on duplexes, triplexes, and multifamily buildings unless the scope is limited and approved.

Unused visits can roll over for up to 3 months. After that, they expire. We’ll remind you when you have visits left to use.

Yes. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a full refund within the first 30 days. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
