Joey – Owner
Joey has been a hands-on builder most of his life — and it shows. Before starting his own business, his career in engineering and commercial construction management took him through a wide range of projects, from small repairs to full-scale tenant improvements. That experience built a foundation in precision, coordination, and getting the job done right the first time. He brings all of that to every project.
Fit and finish matter to Joey. There’s no “good enough.” If a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing right — and that standard carries through every detail, every trade, and every home.
As the owner of Yerba Buena Property Care, Joey is directly involved from first contact to final walkthrough. When you reach out, you’re talking to him. When work is scheduled, he’s making sure it runs smoothly and meets the level of quality he’d expect in his own home.
Based in the Bay Area, Joey takes pride in helping homeowners stay ahead of repairs, improvements, and everything in between — with clear communication, reliable service, and work that holds up.
Outside of work, he’s usually spending time with his partner and their dogs or training for his next marathon.
