Picture & Mirror Hanging (Residential)

Install and securely mount customer-provided pictures, frames, and mirrors on interior walls. Scope includes locating studs where applicable, selecting appropriate anchors/hardware based on wall type (drywall, plaster, etc.), leveling, measuring for alignment, and securely fastening items to ensure safe and stable mounting.

Estimated Labor Duration:
2.0 – 4.5 labor hours depending on quantity of items, size/weight of pieces, wall material, and layout complexity.

Clarifications:

Assumes all artwork/mirrors are on-site and ready for installation

Includes standard drywall anchoring hardware unless specialty mounting systems are required

Does not include mounting on masonry, tile drilling, or reinforced structural blocking installation unless separately authorized

Heavy mirrors or oversized items may require additional labor or specialized anchors not included in base scope

Layout design assistance (spacing, gallery wall planning) included at basic level only

Additional labor may apply for high walls, stairwells, or complex alignment requests
