Spot Paint / Touch-Up Painting (Interior)

Perform localized paint touch-ups to walls, ceilings, trim, or doors to blend minor imperfections, patch repairs, scuffs, or small surface inconsistencies. Scope includes surface prep (light sanding, cleaning), minor caulking or filler as needed, color-matched paint application, and blending for a consistent finish.

Estimated Labor Duration:
2.0 – 5.0 labor hours depending on number of spots, surface condition, access, and color matching complexity.

Clarifications:

Assumes client provides existing paint or exact color match is available on site

Does not include full-room or full-wall repainting

Significant color mismatch or aged paint fading may result in visible blending limitations

Primer application may be required for patched areas or stain coverage

Additional labor may apply for high ceilings, textured surfaces, or multiple finish colors in one space

Includes basic prep and cleanup; does not include full masking of large areas or furniture relocation beyond immediate work zone
