Remove existing bathroom exhaust fan (if present) and install customer-provided replacement unit into existing ceiling or wall opening. Scope includes securing fan housing, connecting to existing electrical supply, attaching ducting to existing vent line (if accessible), installing grille/trim, and verifying operation and airflow.

Estimated Labor Duration:
3.0 – 6.0 labor hours depending on attic access, duct condition, electrical configuration, and whether replacement fit requires minor framing adjustments.

Clarifications:

Assumes existing electrical and vent path are in place and functional

Does not include new duct routing, roof vent modifications, or electrical circuit upgrades

Ceiling drywall repair, patching, or repainting is excluded unless separately authorized

Additional labor may apply for no attic access, tight ceiling cavities, or retrofitting larger/smaller units into existing openings

Includes basic operational testing and airflow verification at completion

Disposal of old fan included unless otherwise requested
