Vanity Installation (Residential Bathroom)

Install customer-provided bathroom vanity cabinet and secure in place at existing rough-in location. Scope includes positioning and leveling vanity, fastening to wall studs, installing or reconnecting existing sink basin (if applicable), and verifying alignment and stability. Basic reconnection of existing plumbing supply and drain lines is included when located within the same footprint.

Estimated Labor Duration:
3.0 – 6.0 labor hours depending on vanity size, plumbing condition, wall/floor levelness, and whether sink, countertop, or backsplash integration is required.

Clarifications:

Assumes vanity is pre-assembled and on-site prior to installation

Does not include countertop fabrication, tile work, or drywall repair

Plumbing modifications beyond direct reconnection (e.g., relocating supply/drain lines) are excluded unless authorized separately

Additional labor may apply for uneven floors, out-of-plumb walls, or missing backing/support

Faucet installation is not included unless explicitly added as a separate scope item

Includes basic leak testing and functional verification upon completion
