Faucet Replacement

Remove and dispose of existing faucet assembly and install new owner-supplied faucet in existing sink location. Scope includes disconnecting and reconnecting standard water supply lines, securing faucet hardware, checking for proper operation, and testing for leaks upon completion.

Pricing assumes existing shutoff valves are functional

Does not include modifications to cabinetry, countertops, or plumbing rough-in locations
